Privacy policy
This policy describes how personal data submitted through the Request a meeting form on auraxion.eu is processed. It does not cover processing that takes place outside this website.

Data collected
When you use the contact form, we collect:
- Name
- Organisation
- Professional email address
- Phone number (optional)
- Message content
- Technical metadata required to deliver the request (for example approximate time of submission and network-level identifiers used for abuse prevention)
Purposes
We process this data solely to:
- Receive and review meeting requests
- Respond to you by email (or phone if you provided one)
- Send an automated acknowledgement that your request was received
- Protect the form against spam and abuse
Legal basis
We rely on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given through the checkbox on the form, to receive and answer your request. You may withdraw it at any time, which does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out beforehand. We separately rely on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) to keep the form protected against spam and abuse.
Recipients and processors
Data is sent to the Auraxion inbox configured for leads. Email delivery is operated through Resend (transactional email provider) acting as a processor on our instructions. Hosting of the website and of the form’s serverless function is provided by Vercel. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes.
Retention
Form submissions and the related email exchange are kept for 12 months after the last contact, then deleted. Where an exchange leads to a working relationship, the data is kept for the duration of that relationship and for the retention periods that apply to it by law.
Transfers outside the EU / EEA
Vercel and Resend are established in the United States and may process data there. These transfers take place under the data processing agreements of those providers, which incorporate the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
Under the GDPR (and French law), you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and data portability where applicable, and you may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
To exercise these rights, write to contact@auraxion.eu. We answer within one month of receiving the request. Where there is reasonable doubt about who is making the request, we may ask for information needed to confirm your identity.
You may also lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority: CNIL (cnil.fr).
Cookies and trackers
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Strictly technical operation of the site and form does not require a consent banner under current guidance when no non-essential trackers are present.
Security
Form submissions are sent over HTTPS. Access to the lead inbox and the email-sending credentials is restricted to Auraxion operators. No security measure is absolute; we adapt controls to the nature of the data processed.
Updates
Last updated: 4 August 2026. This policy is revised whenever the entity details, the processors or the purposes described above change.
